01 The Idea
An idea that
looked simple.

Mazzaneh started with one question: why is the distance between “wanting” and “finding” still so long? A user wants something. A seller has it. Between them: search, filter, compare, trust, decide.

Mazzaneh was designed to reduce that distance to near zero. No search. No filter. Just “I want” and “here it is.”

The idea was simple. The execution was not. 22+ modules had to be built simultaneously.

Sanctions meant no international banking. No global venture capital. No institutional support. Mohammad built five profitable e-commerce platforms simultaneously — not as goals, but as internal revenue engines. Every dollar went into Mazzaneh.

The hardest battlefield.

Mohammad chose Shiraz — one of the least digitally receptive cities in Iran. The reasoning was simple: if it survives here, it works anywhere.

The product worked. The model was resilient. Iran’s structural limitations were not about the product — they were about the operating environment. There was also an ethical dimension: user data sovereignty could not be guaranteed at scale in that environment.

Proven in the hardest conditions. Time to operate at the global stage.

Mohammad needed expertise matching the speed and depth his ideas demanded. Not in the form of more people. Not in any single physical location. AI collaboration could provide it — and did.
