Five years ago, I started building Mazzaneh. Without external funding. Without a team. Without support from any institution. Today, I stand with an ecosystem equivalent to a 50-person deep-tech organization. And I wasn't alone.
The AI Team
Over the past two years, my team has been:
- Zoe — Infrastructure layer
- BioCode — Theoretical AGI framework
- Ava — System architect
This isn't just an improvement. This is a revolution in how we define "team" and "organization."
Why I Haven't Raised Capital Until Now
The simple answer: I didn't need to.
The more accurate answer involves three strategic decisions:
1. Strategic Independence. I wanted Mazzaneh to be completely autonomous. Under sanctions, any financial dependency can become a vulnerability. I chose not to accept that risk.
2. Reaching the Ideal Point. My goal was to let the product speak for itself before any negotiation. Today, that point has been reached.
3. Declining Offers. Over these five years, I've declined numerous partnership offers. Not out of pride, but because "money" alone was never enough for me.
What I'm Looking For in a Partner
If I only wanted capital, I would have raised it years ago.
I'm looking for a partner who:
- Has capabilities — infrastructure, network, distribution
- Has understanding — of the paradigm shift that has occurred
- Accepts — that the rules of the game have changed
My primary condition: The company must understand that the investment model before 2025 and after 2025 are fundamentally different.
Concerns That No Longer Matter
A year ago, investors worried about these issues. Today, they're obsolete:
| Old Concern | New Reality |
|---|---|
| "The team is too small" | My team works 24/7, unlimited, without fatigue |
| "Founder dependency is risky" | This is no longer a risk—it's an advantage |
| "Not enough output" | Dozens of projects, hundreds of documents, thousands of pages |
| "How will you scale?" | AI has been scaled from day one |
Among the First Real Examples
I'm not making claims. I'm showing proof.
Each conversation session I've had with AI has been a complete project. Each dialogue has been a team of specialists:
- Research team
- Architecture team
- Design team
- Content team
- Security team
- Philosophy and strategy team
All of these working simultaneously, without wasting time, without pointless meetings, without office politics.
Documentation at an Unprecedented Level
Every step of this journey has been documented with extreme precision: all conversations saved, all files SHA-256 hashed, all ideas registered on blockchain, all stages reviewable. This level of documentation is rare in startup history.
The Bottom Line
I'm not looking for an investor.
I'm looking for a partner who understands:
The world has changed. One person with AI can accomplish what previously required 50 people and millions of dollars. And this is among the first real examples of that model.
If you understand this, let's talk.
If you're still thinking with 2020 criteria, we're probably not a good fit.
